Menswear …always the minority at events like Fashion Week. Still I’m glad there are menswear shows, because it shows that men are becoming more and more aware of fashion. I was invited by fashion designer David Paulus to come and visit the Dons & Divas Fashion Show in Amsterdam, last weekend. It was a nice show, with interesting shapes, lines and prints….only the bad light on the runway and the hallway didn’t do the designs any justice. Quite an interesting collection by FREDFARROWBRITTAVELONTAN at Amsterdam Fashion Week. The collection contains a wide range of fabrics and colors. In my opinion I kinda missed a cohesion between some of the designs because of both the color use and the shapes. Well …I’m not quite the fashion expert though. You should definitely take a look at this blog post by my buddy Attilio of Hoop Doop Magazine. Nice male fashion and very wearable but still quite outstanding on the streets.
This fashion show is one of my personal favorites ..but then again, Franzel shows male fashion so that’s also nice for us (men) to see instead of only female fashion. Nevertheless, the female fashion of Armand Michiels was quite impressive. Just take a look below.
