Menswear …always the minority at events like Fashion Week. Still I’m glad there are menswear shows, because it shows that men are becoming more and more aware of fashion. This is something I’ve noticed the past year on the streets, so getting sort of a conformation by the amount of male fashion shows is nice.
EVAN MENSWEAR was the first show I visited and with all due respect it wasn’t really a coherent collection in my opinion. And to be honest that’s something important. Within the collection I saw some that were a bit new/ innovative but mostly quite boring. Okay, of course it has to do with taste and style ….and this one really didn’t appeal to me. (and unfortunately there were more who share the same opinion)
