Spotted this woman from inside The American Bookstore, first floor, when I was planning on buying a book. As she was crossing the street (trying to with those extremely high heels) I run my ass off to get there in time. Luckily I did and captured this awesome look. That coat is just it, combine these wide legs pants. She was very friendly and willing to pose for me.
