Looking good doesn’t mean you have to wear nice layers and accessories (my preference though..), a simple one can do the job also. This woman is an example of a nice minimalistic feminine look in my opinion. A nice summer look which is both practical and fashionable.
“Here? Ow …really?”
This nicely styled fashionista had quite the pose as she was phoning while holding her bicycle on the other hand. So there was no hesitation and as soon as hung up I ‘attacked’ her. I think she kinda expected me (having several moments of eye contact) …but still had this amazed reaction when I approached her.
She might look tough but she was such a friendly and cooperative person. I just like meeting these kind of positive people on the streets.
Women really can look fashionable on their bicycles.
Spotted this nice simple leather look in a store in The Hague during a event photography assignment. She was really friendly and loved posing for the blog.
“gotta shoot that back”
This isn’t just a nice chic look …it has a nice quite noticeable typographic print on the back. It was when she walked away after I finished shooting that I saw that print on her back. So it that was a nice surprise which in my opinion made this look even more interesting and different.

A clean look with nice sublte details …for instance the texture on her shorts aren’t really noticeable from a distance but quite interesting when looking from up close. It kinda reminds of those Japanese bamboo prints.
I like this look because it gives you the idea that this woman just picked some stuff out of her closet without thinking to much about it and yet looking this fashionable. For me it’s the cap, her side braid and messy lock of hair that gives me that idea. For me this is a good example of a casual looking fashionista who stands out without wearing any heels, tight pants or any pieces of that kind.
Don’t know exactly what it is that makes this look so interesting …maybe the simplicity, her skin colour and hair. In my opinion a nice female summer look, with that nice loosen pants and sneakers (see above).
