Nice to spot this small group of girls with each their own style …
Street style: Boyish look, Amsterdam
Maybe this will sound a bit strange but a boyish look doesn’t have to look unflattering. This woman for instance has a boyish look but doesn’t make her less attractive or even less feminine …at least thats how I see it.

Street style: Open knees womenswear, New York
Open knees aren’t a new thing, so not that unique or innovative, but the way this woman wears it is really nice in my opinion. And yes of course this is more than only open knees, but it works.
Street style: Checkered pants & sneakers, Amsterdam
The checkered pants really makes this look interesting ..and of course the sneakers. Otherwise it would have been a more chic and a bit boring look. Now it has that bit of contrast of styles that shows personality. As you can see it doesn´t have to be very complex and layered outfit to be interesting.

Street style: Blue & grey womenswear, Amsterdam
” Done already? That’s really fast!”
A bit surprised she was when I approached her, but in a positive way. She had no problem with posing for the blog and even gave me time to get her in the right spot. Apparently she thought it would take more time to get the right shot, so when I told her I got the shot I wanted she was like “that’s really fast”. Really a friendly person …so nice meeting these kind of people on the streets. Total strangers but willing to help out another to make each others day even better.

Street style: Graphic poncho womenswear, New York
A look I haven’t seen often ….a graphic printed poncho with a long shirt underneath. This young woman was really friendly and maybe not truly aware of looking this fashionable.

Street style: Chic trenchcoat, skirt & heels
“Yoroshiku onegaishimasu!”
On this sunny day in Manhattan, as my wife and I we’re doing some shopping, I came across this nice Japanese couple (friends) who both had such a great style. So I approached them, in both the English and a bit Japanese language, and they we’re quite surprised by the way I approached them. We had a nice chat about Japan and their visit to New York. They really liked posing for the blog and especially this woman took advantage of the moment and used the street (yes, the street) as her catwalk.

Street style: Fashion at age, Amsterdam
This woman shows that you can look fashionable at age …even her bicycle suits her look.
