Woman streetwear on the streets
Really a unique look I saw in Williamsburg New York. A woman was standing there on the corner for quite some time busy checking the latest and she had such an interesting look. The main piece was this extremely oversized tank top which really suited her slender figure.
One thing I noticed during my visit to New York was the sportswear on the streets. Lots of women styled themselves in sportswear, some of them because they were actually sporting (or just finished it) but also some who just wore it without the exercise. Mostly the women with quite a figure styled themselves this way …I think they did it to easily show their body. But honestly nice female sportswear can look great, believe me. Also it kinda suits one of the characteristics of New Yorkers, the fact that lots of them are runners.
I noticed a lot of dark fashion on the streets of Amsterdam lately, like really dark and almost no colors. Apperently black rules the streets of Amsterdam a bit? ….of course with the sunny days coming up I expect to see more colors and less layers. Still I like black and as this woman shows it could be the only ‘not-color’ we need right?
This is something I spotted several times on the streets of New York ….Asian couples, with the woman wearing a chic look and the man totally the opposite. I’m not saying it’s wrong, I only think these guys may dress up a bit because women like to walk with a well-styled partner. But hey …that’s only my opinion 😉
These foreign fashionistas were really friendly even though there was quite a language barrier.
Spotted this fashionista in Soho New York. The thing I like about this look is the subtle layers and folds made by this tied up dress. By finishing this high waisted dress with that crop shirt she makes it look like she has nice tall legs. Really a friendly woman and great look.
