Always a pleasure catching up with the lovely Wendy from Fashionchick and capturing her looks. Now she was accompanied by the winners of the Fashionchick Bloggercontest. Totally love this look and just had to capture this one in movement.
Ilja Visser is a Dutch womenswear fashion designer who studied Fashion Design at the ArtEZ Institute of Arts in Arnhem. She acquired the fine skills of tailoring during her apprenticeships with Donna Karan in New York and Maria Cornejo.
In 2005, Ilja founded her own couture label “ILJA” and by 2006 the ready-to-wear line “Ready to fish by ILJA”: a total concept of fashion, furniture, scents and music. For “Terrace”, her A/W 2014-15 collection, Ilja took inspiration from architerture, domestic environment and nature. She enjoys mixing fabrics and textures to create outerwear garments with an indoor softness.
